Moments altering beginning the final extraction it became clear that leak was the final agent and conflict ensured. The rogue operative and half a dozen private contractors protecting him were shot and fatally wounded in the firefight leaving the architect of the leak unknown,

Within six months of the operation, two of the surviving three operatives were killed under suspicious circumstances, prompting Imperium’s redeployment into covert action to uncover those responsible. Officially declared "killed in action," Imperium adopted a new identity and continued to work as a lone operative.
